I was quite impressed by the way you all responded to my last post on healthy juices. It's exciting to know that a lot of people are on a quest to living a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
There are so many good and beneficial things that comes from eating fruits and vegetables, there are so many nutrients hidden in them, that makes them nature's little health bomb. Turning these fruits and vegetables into juices is one of the most convenient and effective ways to harvest all the good things that comes with them and that is because all the nutrients and vitamins are preserved when we juice our fruits and vegetables raw, nothing is destroyed by heat and cooking.
Here are some more homemade healthy juices you would love:
Carrot + Ginger + Apple = It helps boost and cleanse your system
Bitter gourd + Milk + Apple = It helps prevent bad breath and reduces internal body heat
Tomato + Carrot + Apple = It improves skin complexion and eliminates bad breath

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango = It reduces body heat, counteracts toxicity, fights oxidation and decreases blood pressure
Pineapple + Watermelon + Apple = It helps to dispel excess salts and it also nourishes the bladder and kidneys
Cucumber + Celery + Apple = It lowers cholesterol level in the body, helps in the prevention of cancer and it also helps to eliminate upset stomach & headache
The more I learn about juices, the more I want to encourage people to make juices at home. If you want to get the best out of fruits and vegetables in a form of juices then you have to make them yourself. Most of the store bought juices have been processed, concentrated, extracted, dried and mixed again with water. Artificial flavors, artificial colours and taste enhancers were added as well as other different conservatives and additives. Even the best 100% pure store-bought juice cannot be compared to a freshly homemade one.
I hope the healthy juices posts have been very educative and impactful. Would love to know how many of them you tried or intend to try. As usual, remember to drop your feedbacks, comments and questions in the comment box below.
